• Can't answer calls on the headphones.The other

    1:Open the phone's settings and navigate to the Bluetooth section.

    Ensure that the headphones are selected as the audio output

    device for both media and calls. For instance, on an iPhone, go

    to Settings > Bluetooth and select the connected headphones

    to confirm the audio settings.

     

     

    2: In the phone's Bluetooth settings list, find the paired head

    phones.

    Make sure the option for allowing the headphones to handle call

    audio is enabled. For example, on an Android device, in the

    Bluetooth settings, tap on the gear icon next to the headphones'

    entry and ensure the "Phone audio" option is toggled on.

     

     

    3:Inspect the phone's screen and physical buttons to ensure

    that the Mute function has not been accidentally activated

    during the call.

    If the Mute button is on, disable it to allow your voice to be

    transmitted through the headphones to the other party.
