    1:Make sure the headphones are within the recommended

    range of the device and there are no obstacles blocking the

    signal.

     

     

    2: Check and charge the earbuds if needed.

     

     

    3: Reduce the number of active Bluetooth devices nearby or

    change the frequency band if possible.

     

     

    4: Move away from or turn off other wireless devices that

    might cause interference, such as Wi-Fi routers or microwave

    ovens.

     

     

    5: Reboot the mobile phone. Refer to the manual to reset the

    earbuds by holding the buttons as instructed. Delete the exist

    ing pairing and pair again after resetting.
